  • Awarded the Jurisdiction B Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC) for the states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin which serves over 22,225 durable medical equipment suppliers.
  • Currently, administers all the Part A functions for free-standing federally qualified health centers (FQHC) nationwide serving over 3,200 FQHC clinics.
  • Developed and maintains the Next Generation Desktop (NGD) system that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, interact with all Medicare claims processing systems, and multiple government data sources, are capable of hosting 5,000 agents, thousands of web users, and can process over 2 million inquiries per month.
  • Processed over 200 million Medicare claims and administered benefits of more than $96.9 billion from the Medicare Trust Fund in 2008.
  • Responded to over 11.6 million phone calls, 54,600 written inquiries, and 1,450 Congressional inquiries from the Medicare community in 2008.
